DEMOCRATIC INTEGRITY & PUBLIC TRUST

Statutory Governance & Executive Oversight

Operating as a registered French association under the Law of July 1, 1901, Moto Club de Dreux is governed through rigorous democratic structures, strict internal financial controls, and complete volunteer board transparency. Our leadership team serves exclusively in the public interest without private remuneration.

STATUTORY ARCHITECTURE

Democratic Organization Under Association Loi 1901

The governance architecture of Moto Club de Dreux is engineered to ensure absolute fidelity to our public interest mission. Unlike proprietary athletic clubs or commercial sports management companies, our association is owned and guided collectively by its active community membership. Every key strategic policy, financial authorization, and regulatory code is debated and ratified through democratic procedures enshrined in our official statutes deposited at the Prefecture of Eure-et-Loir (RNA W283000366).

The supreme governing authority of the association resides in the Annual Ordinary General Assembly. Convocated every January at our registered seat in Dreux, the General Assembly gathers active members, licensed instructors, volunteer committee leads, and civic observers. Each voting member possesses equal democratic suffrage according to the foundational cooperative principle of "one person, one vote," irrespective of financial contributions or seniority.

The Volunteer Board Standard

In absolute conformity with Article 6 of our bylaws and French fiscal standards governing non-commercial entities, all members of the Board of Directors perform their governance mandates without receiving any salary, honorarium, bonus, or direct financial compensation.

"All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions."
